You are invited to the beautiful Bay of Plenty for Easter Rally 2027.

The experienced crew in BOP Branch have prepared a fantastic program of runs and activities that everyone can participate in.

The venue is the gorgeous thermal holiday park of Sapphire Springs, just south of Katikati.

RALLY INFORMATION

• Refer to Registration form for accommodation contacts & booking No.
• Please book early as the Holiday Park fills fast for Easter
• We have secured several sites and units for you to choose from
• Own bedding is required in some units (ask when booking)
• There is a secure area for towing vehicles and trailers
• You will need your own plates/cutlery etc in communal area
• There is the usual kitchen for cooking and cleaning facilities
• There are plenty of fridges in kitchen for your use
• The pools will be free for booked in guests
• We will be erecting gazebos for our communal area (non-powered site area)
• Please bring along your own fold up chairs
• Friday’s BBQ / meet and greet will be held in the BBQ area by the pools from 5.30pm – 8pm
• BOP club is supplying meat and buns for the BBQ. If you require anything else, please supply you own
• Saturday night’s dinner is on your own
• The annual AGM will be held in the marque area Saturday night with supper
• Please note that the park is quite a few kilometres from Katikati township for food supplies (the park shop does have limited supplies of food to purchase)
• Sunday night’s dinner is at a restaurant just down the road from the park
• This is a buffet & will be approx $45 based on today’s economic climate so this may vary
• There is a dress theme of “HAWIIAN” (not compulsory to dress up)
• There will be several raffles for sale over the weekend so bring some cash – the prizes will be drawn at the Sunday dinner
• A full program for the weekend will be in your gift bag when you arrive at the holiday park (Once you have booked in, please come to the communal area to register your arrival)
• Please bring along 2-way radios if you have one
• Clothing for all weathers
• Swimming gear
• Please ensure you have all required and relevant NZMVC safety gear and equipment on your vehicles (there will be farm runs)
