Please note this is compulsory to complete this form no later than Friday 15^th November and email it to me, Peter Yates, agrinzl@xtra.co.nz    

Entries confined to MVs only and paid up NZMVC members. No late entries will be accepted.

Please note also this is a 2-day event camping out on the range so you will need to be self-sufficient in food, refreshments camping equipment and fuel. Usually it is a sheltered location, on sand, near trees.

It is compulsory to have:

• first aid kit
• fire extinguisher

Recommended equipment:

• Radios would be very useful.
• Spade and recovery gear.
• An aerial mounted pennant or small flag increases safety and visibility in the dunes
• Air down tyres. Bring gauge and portable compressor if you have one.

SATURDAY EVENING: It is planned to have a large BBQ on hand for communal cooking. Auckland Branch will supply the meat.

A double portaloo mounted on a trailer has been booked.
